Renato and his crew did an amazing job replacing/expanding an unusable deck and back steps, and building a pergola. He took the time to be sure everything was what I wanted and kept me up to date with materials changes (and the corresponding price) and weather delays. His attention to detail was noted! (The old deck had buckled due to poor installation so I was very wary of doing it again.). They cleaned up every day and thoroughly at the end. I would highly recommend.

Friends, I’m proud to give my wholehearted recommendation to MGM. Over the past month, I’ve had an extremely pleasant collaboration with them, and trust me—if you choose them, you’ll be more than satisfied. In March we bought this new house, but the kitchen had been completely ruined by the previous owner: leaking pipes, moldy cabinets, and even insect carcasses inside the cupboards. So the very first thing we did after moving in was to gut and remodel the kitchen. Our original plan was to demolish the old kitchen ourselves, then purchase and install the cabinets, countertops, and so on. We began by requesting demolition quotes, and after shopping around, Renato and his team offered the lowest price, so we hired them. To our satisfaction, they did a very good job. They worked quickly and expertly—clearing out the entire kitchen in just two hours. Once the kitchen was emptied, however, we discovered that the wall beside the sink was covered in mold. We were utterly despairing and didn’t know how to proceed until Renato informed us that we only needed to replace all the sheetrock on that side. Having seen how fast and well his team worked during the demolition, we decided to have them handle it. After discussing the details, they agreed to replace the moldy sheetrock, upgrade the leaking pipes and valves, and repaint the entire kitchen— all for a very reasonable price. They came in multiple sessions to complete these tasks. Although it took slightly longer than we’d anticipated, the results were outstanding. Whenever they needed a missing part, they simply went to Home Depot themselves, never once making us worry. They finished every aspect of the job to our complete satisfaction. Next, we purchased and assembled the cabinets ourselves. But when it came time to install them on the wall, we realized the challenge was beyond our abilities.
